I have to say i had the worst experience. I dont believe half these reviews on here. They dont mentioned how much she rushed. How she puts you thru so much like watching videos and filling out all kinds of paper work as if your filing your own bankruptcy. Im hiring her to do the work. See the detail in my case my hearing us out. Alot of red flags youll end up seeing thats one of them. Shes not commited to you. You are a check(thats how we felt). So my appt was rushed because she was leaving out of town. My kids were not allowed in by the way. Said we could not wear perfume or anything like that. So we spoke and told her our situation. I said i was gonna get a really well paying and i asked will it affect me. Because if it did i would hold off. She said no its the past months that will affect me. I asked twice also. I havent had any income 6months before this fyi. She advised me to surrender my semi and trailer to the bank with other things. I was up to date on payments because i had ate up all our savings. When we spoke again she asked how much will i make at my new job. Told her and she said "oh no" your gonna have to file chapter 10. Thats where i have to pay back everything in payments if you dont know. I had already surrender a semi and semi trailer because i was advised by dianne. I seeked help hello. Now why would i want to pay everything back. I would have tried to keep a $50k semi then not to have a semi and still pay $50k. Thats what the loan bank charged me after the surrender($50k). But it was too late i had surrender it all under the advise of dianne. Mind you i had told her EVERYTHING. She said i should have said more. How the hell am i supposed to know what more to say. Its my fault. Shes the lawyer right. She said thats all she could do for me now and was more worried about her trip. I dont think she understood what she done to us we were on the verge of suicide really. So much debt and we had used all our savings to stay a float.We were looking for a fresh start. We actually got the nerve and called for a second opinion. Benjamin Wright. He invited us in. We explained our situation. Asked for us not to surrender anything else. To leave all of our paperwork. And he was less costly. So basically i left paperwork. Went to court with my high paying job and now we are cleared chapter 7. We are currently on our fresh start. I would probably be dishing out payments for the rest of my life with dianne and on government aid. Oh yea dianne credit recovery is a copy of dave Ramsey book. But Ben will tell you what to do. Good luck. And if you still choose dianne. Think twice when you see the red flags at least.

Mannie - First, I want to thank you for your review because it points out that these reviews are genuine because Google and other review sites confirm the author of the review before it is published. Second, I always welcome both positive and negative comments. That is what helps us grow and offer the best services possible. Bankruptcy is like a multi-layer cake. Each new layer reflects the passage of time and change in a client’s circumstances or goals. For instance, what a client says one time may change at a later time. As with anything education is the key. Accuracy and thoroughness are the foundation for a good result from a bankruptcy. My goal is to help a client avoid any unforeseen surprises which is why I stress education and understanding of the bankruptcy process. The ultimate goal for all my clients is to end up with a fresh start. I sincerely apologize if you felt rushed. Normally we spend the amount of time necessary for a client to achieve the desired results, but from your comment I did not give you that time. Again, I apologize for that shortfall. As to children – our meetings are several hours long. It Is very difficult for young children to understand why mom and dad cannot take the time for them. That adds more stress to mom and dad and the situation. This is not fair to my clients or their children so, in an effort to protect mom, dad and the children, we ask that other arrangements be made. As to your situation, I am very pleased that you found a path that worked for you based on your current situation. My very best to both you and your wife in all your future endeavors.

Diane and Jay are wonderful people that really went to great lengths to help us out and manage our bankruptcy in order the give us the best chance at financial recovery. Bankruptcy is horribly stressful and they really made it as streamlined as it could have possibly been...I'm not saying I ever want to go through this nightmare again, but if I did I would definitely call Diane.

You are correct that bankruptcy is very stressful. We designed a system that allows clients to move through the process at their own speed because some want or need to move faster than others. Our goal is to always be one or two steps ahead of our clients. We don't want to overwhelm them with too much information because that makes it much more difficult for clients to move forward. Our best to you for a wonderful future.

Diane and Jay were both very helpful and promptly answered questions that came up either via return phone call, email or both. They both were very knowledgeable about the whole process and did a good job keeping us informed of progress and next steps. My wife and I would definitely recommend her services to others.

Finally, an attorney that is honest, informative and doesn't have a hidden agenda! Diane was unbiased, informative and basically pleasant to speak with! She made us feel very comfortable when asking questions and answered our questions with our best interest in mind. I will recommend Ms. Drain to anyone that is in need of her services. You are very kind. There should not be any hidden agendas between a client and their attorney. My favorite client is someone who is willing to let me into their lives. I need to know their concerns (maybe based on bad Internet advice) and their wishes (what to they want to accomplish for their future). Armed with that information I can help craft the best possible result. Sometimes the result is not what someone wants, but may be what someone needs. Obviously, education is the key. Again, thank you for your very kind comments.

Absolutely top notch. All my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone.

Diane is great. After looking around for an attorney, I couldn't be anymore happier with my decision of going with her. She answered all of my questions and took her time with me. Very motherly and straight forward. It's very hard to find an attorney that treats you with respect and is very straight forward. Honesty is key in these situations, and she has it.
