Extremely disappointed that they charged me a consult fee just to tell me they couldn’t find a way to work with my case. I am working on applying for a green card with my husband and am already halfway through the case. They wanted to charge me a full case fee and couldn’t tell me over email. I had to pay a consult fee for a 5 minute phone call just for them to tell something they could’ve had on their website.Report
