Diane has a great reputation in the industry and really knows what she's doing. She's easy to work with and makes the process as simple as possible during a very difficult time. I'd highly recommend her to anyone that needs bankruptcy services!!!!!!

We were forced to file for bankruptcy about three years ago. We had no idea if we should use an attorney or what attorney to use. After contacting one attorney we quickly realized we might know more than him about the procedure. A realtor acquaintance of ours then recommended Diane Drain, who he had used in a bankruptcy filing. Diane led us through the procedure and helped us avoid numerous pitfalls. Her leadership was superb including starting the procedure, the filing, the hearing in court and numerous issues along the way. We recommend Diane Drain without reservation.

Filing for Bankruptcy is a huge decision, yet Diane's knowledge of the laws from her years of experience make it far less daunting. My wife and I would recommend Diane to anyone who is thinking of filing or ready to do so.

My husband & I were highly recommended to Ms. Drane's practice by some friends. Bankruptcy is a daunting and emotional event in one's life. Diane Drane & her assistant, Jay, guided us through the unbelievably intricate details of how to do a bankruptcy the right way. She was emotionally invested in our case and wanted all to be right for us afterwards. We had a lot of work to do on our end. Diane wanted specific info, and a lot of it, to fully explain our past and current situation. But, when she was right there with us in bankruptcy court we felt prepared and understood how we got there and what life held for us after this experience.
