We had recently relocated to Arizona from the Chicago area when we realized we had to face up to our financial problems, rather than run away from them. After scheduling a zoom consult, this atorney just seemed cold and made me uncomfortable, eventually found someone who was much more relatable and my case went great. Don't waste your time here!

Since I don't use Zoom for my free initial consultations, you have mistaken me for another attorney. I am very sorry that you had this experience. Or you could be a disbarred attorney I am suing for the harm he caused his clients and you think this is a way to harm my firm. No matter who you are, I wish you my very best in finding peace in your life.

Thank you for your comments. I checked our records, back to 2018, and don't find any phone calls or emails from you (we keep all communications in and out of the office). I also see that you filed the same complaint about Kenn Neeley, who also responded the same - they keep all the records and they did not talk with you. Most likely you are another attorney who thinks filing negative reviews will cause my firm harm, but it does not work that way. What you did is to prove to readers that my reviews are not fakes. I thank you for that. It is also possible that you are Scott Forrester, a disbarred Arizona attorney, whom I am suing for abandoning his clients and providing them bad legal advice. There are several others suing Mr. Forrester - fellow attorneys, the United State Trustee's Office, several of the bankruptcy judges and the Arizona State Bar. Here is a quote in a 93 page pleadings filed by the US Trustee against Forrester: "The Bankruptcy Code, Rules, and Professional Rules were designed to protect vulnerable and financially distressed individuals who seek help from the bankruptcy system from being preyed upon by lawyers, like Scott Forrester (“Mr. Forrester”) and his former firm, Forrester Law Practice a/k/a Forrester Law, PLC and/or Forrester Law Practice, PLLC (“Forrester Law Practice” or together with Mr. Forrester, “Forrester”), who by their actions have shown they have completely abandoned their duty to the public, the bar, and the courts." (AZ Bankruptcy Court 2:20-bk-mp-00004-BKM 11/18/21). Every time I post an update from the courts or the Arizona State Bar a new negative review pops up from someone who has never contacted my office.
