Marc Breakstone... such a fittingly Strong name for a such a Strong Attorney and Truly Great Man.... Marc Represented My Family & I in the Wrongful Death suit of my Brother, Kenneth. ( Beginning in September 2018).... My Brother, who was a Sweet man with Disabilities , died as a result of Severe negligence. The way in which he passed, was long & painful for him and without question, I & my Family were to seek Justice for him; However, the facts that lead to his ultimate Death were not " Cut & Dry" ... Not knowing where to turn, I randomly sought Personal injury Attorneys.. the 1st , though he felt remorse for my position , was reluctant to take the case. The 2nd Attorney I reached out to, though he too did not feel confident accepting the case , immediately referred me to Attorney Breakstone. He was Very confident that Marc would not only Represent , but would do an Excellent job as Well. ... Here I am , just over a year later... And I can Honestly say , I do not know what " Powers that be" led me to him, whether it was By Chance, Divine Intervention, fate , Luck ; Whatever it was that led me to him, I can Honestly say , I could not be more Grateful, more Thankful or More Impressed by both Marc & his Remarkable Assistant Christine. Reza Breakstone did a fantastic job for me after I tripped on construction debris and broke two bones in my hand. In the end, he negotiated a settlement many times greater than I ever expected. Throughout the entire process, which took over two years, Reza kept me informed of developments and advised me regarding my options. He was always on the lookout for my interests; after reaching a final agreement, even though it did not affect his commission, he negotiated a $2000 reduction in the payout (from the settlement) to Medicare/Blue Cross.

Hats off to Reza Breakstone. Two years ago, my then 12 year old son was assaulted by a bully, barely off of his school grounds. The school took no responsibility (whimps).

10 stiches just under his eye and a huge amount of heartache later, I was referred to Reza to hopefully advocate for my son against incredibly nonchalant parents who didn't even have it in their hearts to apologize for their son's assaultive actions against mine. Imagine???
