I was in a motorcycle accident in March. I suffered a broken shoulder and a minor back injury. I called Gavin Long because he had recently been in the news for a million-dollar motorcycle settlement. Gavin was great and really strategic. On at least 3 occasions, the insurance company tried to say I was partly at fault so they could reduce the amount I would get. Gavin took my case to court and refused to settle. And he won!  I also have to give a shoutout to Maria because she took care of so many things on my case and kept me posted constantly - and it was a lot!  I'd also add, you have to be patient. These accident cases are a lot of back and forth and if your lawyer settles fast, beware.

I had a back injury and was not at fault. They were so helpful and nice. Elvia had so much knowledge about the laws affecting my car accident case and anytime I had a question, she would always help me. The other party was completely at fault and still, their insurance was a nightmare to deal with. I was pleasantly surprised by their no-pressure approach and communication!

I was involved in a bicycle accident that turned into a hit and run. Dealing with the insurance was a total nightmare and took up so much of my time I decided to hire a personal injury lawyer.
