I ended up with a settlement that covered all my expenses and suffering.  Elvia was terrific, she made sure all my medical bills were put on a lien so that they wouldn’t go into collections or affect my credit reports. She also knew I preferred texting over calls since I work in the field, and she would always update me through texting which I appreciated so I didn’t have to deal with phone tag.
