I am deeply thankful for attorney Marc Breakstone, his assistant Christine, and everything they was able to do for me and my case: While riding my scooter in a bike lane, a parked car opened their door causing me to crash into it. I suffered a broken hand, a concussion (requiring staples in my scalp), abrasions all over my body, and a hematoma in my leg. I didn’t even wake up til being loaded into the ambulance. While missing work and only being able to do light-duty activities while my arm was in a cast, I attempted calling the person’s car insurance company to try and work things out without a lawyer. They denied my claim stating that scooters were not covered. I became fearful of all my medical bills stacking up and was given Marc’s info as a referral. Immediately, he made me feel better.
