My lawyer was Allen Yates. He helped my with my DUI case. We did not the case but, Allen was able to get me the minimal punishment and even mark off two things such as community service and probation. He is a great lawyer and compared to other lawyers, he didn't charge me a ridiculous amount of money. The only negative is that sometimes it can take a week or two for him or his team to email me back with questions I had. However, I was his client for 2 years and the long email respond only happened twice. Other than that, I know Allen Yates does his best for his clients.

Wow, Even though divorce wasn't what I wanted in my situation, Tessa got the issues settled outside of court. She was very timely on responding with any questions/issues I had. At the end of the day I would recommend Tessa to any of my friends or family needing a family law attorney. She went above and beyond even while on maternity leave!

I had a divorce and custody case. I hired him, and when we went to the hearing he did not represent me like he should have. My ex was on stand and perjured himself, and I told him to object and he just put his hand in my face, telling me to stop. He did that more times. My ex was alienating my oldest and I had proof of that. Nothing was ever shown, or even brought up to judge. He also lied to me about other things. He has no backbone. I would never recommend him ever. I am trying to do what I can about this legally. He failed me and my 3 kids terribly.

Update: I have take this to the Board of Professions and have started a case. I have heard there is more complaints against Charles Wheland. I urge you to file your complaint with the Board of Professions.

Charlie and Tessa are the absolute best!!!! They both handled my case with absolute professionalism all while being sensitive to the stress and emotions that come along with a custody battle! They put me at ease and always made me feel like I was in the best hands and stayed in constant contact. They never promised me anything but got me exactly what I was wanting and could not be more please with the outcome. Everyone in that law firm was always friendly, smiling and quick to ask how you are doing. Highlyyyy recommended!!! They go above and beyond!!!

Tessa and Charlie handled my husband's custody battle. Tessa mainly took over the entire case and she is AMAZING! (They are both SO kind) If you’re a father fighting for your rights for more time with your kids THIS law firm is where to go! They are SO kind and always gets back to you in a quick & timely manner. My husband and I couldn’t be anymore grateful for the out come of his battle. He was hoping for nothing less than equal time with his kids.
