I petitioned the courts for more time with my daughter who lives with my sister primarily. When we arrived at court I realized my sister had a lawyer and I didn't. The judge pushed the court date back to allow me time to seek counsel. I remained positive and looked up attorneys and found Yates and Wheland.
I contacted them for a consult and was scheduled one immediately. I met with Tessa Creighton who took on my case. She is very intelligent, knowledgeable, and assertive in nature. She spoke to my husband and I about all of our options and what it is we wanted in particular and we went for it. She is very easy to stay in touch with and get a hold of at all times. She answered any questions I had and made me feel confident to win my case. If I ever need an attorney in the future I will definitely use her again. Allen and his staff were phenomenal. My case took way longer and took much more effort than anticipated but they didn’t leave me stranded. They stuck with me till the end and made sure to get me where I wanted to be. They wouldn’t even let me pay them more for their extra efforts.
