I worked with with Thomas Mew at this firm. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. I won my case prior to trail and even prior to lawsuit. I would highly recommend this firm and specifically Thomas Mew.Report

If searching for a knowledgeable, responsive, professional attorney, to handle an employer dispute, I would not recommend this law firm at all. To begin, the intake department is very slow to respond, and holds a mentality of the "gatekeeper" to the greatest firm in Georgia. They're not. As a matter of fact, they're subpar at best. They continuously asked my fiancé for documents, piece mealed, one at a time, over a period of several weeks. We were under the impression the case had been submitted to an attorney for review, to determine whether or not they would accept the case within the firm. We learned that not only did Kevin and Nicole not submit the case as we were told, they used the excuse that the "Firm was busy" and it would be submitted "as soon as possible". Only after I expressed our displeasure for stringing us along in a time sensitive case/matter, they were aloof and could care less regarding the situation. In the time it took them to compile all of our confidential documents to our case and make a decision, we had already found another very reputable firm and filed suit against the employer. That should give you some indication how long they strung my fiancé along. These matters of dispute are severe in nature, lawsuits should NEVER be taken lightly but you will be treated like a piece of dirt by this firm. If you want to take action and prevail, seek better representation, avoid this firm and (Thomas Mews) at all costs.Report
