Ian didn’t sugarcoat how difficult my case was but said he’d do everything in his power to help. Once we decided on a path to winning, Ian was nonstop with communicating with me and updating me when something changed. We ended up with an out of court settlement that was higher that I expected, especially since I was told by the other lawyers that there was no case. Ian Silvers is a standup honest attorney and really understands employment issues and violations.
