Putting trust in someone when a loved one is lying in hospital bed seriously injured was nerve racking for me. I called Bisnar Chase the morning after my boyfriend got hit by a SUV cycling because I knew there were some serious injuries. They had someone there by the afternoon to document everything. Marta was the first person I worked with. She explained things very thoroughly as to how to get the best outcome and I made sure my boyfriend followed her advice to the letter. That advice made such an impact on the case in the long run. The hardest part was dealing with the frustration with the other guys insurance company. Then our case was handed over to Christina. The best way I can describe her is a very smart pit bull. After 18 months we really didn't want to go to court unless absolutely necessary. No one ever wants to have to hire lawyer especially if you have heard horrifying stories from people regarding their lawyer experiences. I have to say that I was very nervous looking for a lawyer but Bisnar Chase made me feel a lot better. The paralegal who worked on my Case was great, always kept me in the loop, and had genuine interest in my well being. They did an awesome job on my case and I'm happy with the outcome!! Thanks for making this a great experience!!

I hope I won't need a lawyer again but I would definitely use Bisnar Chase again if the need shall rise.
