My Wife and I found Attorney Steve Whitman through the internet under lawyers of Boston in 2010 after she was turned down three times from other lawyers and told she didn't have a case. So we called Steve Whitman and he came the very next morning to listened to her story and immediately told her I think we have a case here. For several months he worked very hard on this case, and we settled on a very comfortable settlement which gave us the opportunity to move out of the apartment and get into a house and raise our new daughter. Steve Whitman made it all possible for us and we will be forever filled with gratitude. So when I was hurt in a car accident a few years later I didn't hesitate once to not give him a call. After minor surgery and a few months of physical therapy he did it again and we settled for another comfortable settlement. And with two kids now and wife on maternity leave, it couldn't of been better timing. While enjoying a long weekend on Cape Cod I stopped to take a left hand turn to pick up my husband at a local golf course. As I waited for oncoming traffic to clear with my left directional on, a large appliance moving truck rear ended my car just as the last oncoming car went by. The impact was so severe it spun my car around 180 degrees and into the lane travelling in the opposite direction. Almost 1 year ago to the date, I was the victim of an assault and battery with a deadly weapon (a Ford Explorer SUV), that very much so could have left me for dead.
