Just called seeking malpractice representation. Was screened by a secretary who kept putting me on hold mid-sentence. She did not like that I didn't have cut and dry answers to broad questions like "what are the damages". I am 19 years old and was misdiagnosed and mistreated with chemo for a year when I never had any cancer. My answers to those questions are complicated. I thought this firm would be interested in helping, but it seems they have a case screening process of "if it's to complicated for our secretary to get, it probably won't get us fast enough money".

We regret that our staff was perceived as unfriendly. As lawyers, people call us for legal solutions to real problems, and we believe that being frank and candid is important. However, we always strive to deliver our advice about legal problems in a caring, considerate and compassionate manner. Again, we are sorry Stefan did not have a good experience.

I have worked with dozens upon dozens of attorneys in my line of work and Michel and his firm is one of the best. They were extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Hope do do business again!
