Nicest people ever.

My experience with them was great. Sylvia was always on top of my case and made sure she kept me updated on everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs an attorney. Wonderful job to everyone.

I had thisWalter Clark Firm and they did help when I had no other options but because my case was worth so much I received little to nothing. Not to mention none of the promises made was fulfilled. I was left to rebuild my life without nothing. I would never recommend Walter Clark.

We are disappointed Mr. Keene was not satisfied with the outcome of his 2017 accident case and we do try to make it clear that we cannot predict, nor guarantee, the outcome of any claim, especially where there are undisclosed pre-existing liens against the recovery our client may have. We wish Mr. Keene the best.

The Walter Clark Group handled a case for a friend of mine whose Husband lost his life in a motorcycle crash. Karen Gottwald was so compassionate for my friends loss as she walked her through the legal process.

They provided excellent representation. Also, just plain old nice people.

Thanking God first of all & then thanking Cris & everyone at Walter Clark’s office in Rancho Mirage for their caring professional matter in which they handled my case. Cannot be more grateful & blessed.

Meeting and dealing with this legal group has really touched base upon my case and everything that has happened with my mom and i . I'd like to say thank you to Glenda and Jackie for always answering my questions when i needed to express the incident . Also , glenda i appreciate everything you did for me as well as my mom !! Thank you very much .

My son and I were involved in a car accident in November 2019. The driver who caused the accident did not have insurance so I contacted Walter Clark’s office to help with costs my insurance did not cover. They were very responsive to my questions and needs. They worked very hard to get me and my son a settlement to cover costs and help replace my car. Glenda and Jaqueline were assigned to handling my calls and case. They were both very professional and caring to deal with. I appreciate them and the attorneys who handled my case. I am happy to put this chapter behind me. I recommend them to anyone who was in an accident.

REVISED STATEMENT (7/31/2021)=

I was in a car accident almost 3 years ago. The first part of the Walter Clark Firm was amazing!! They helped us with every document, explanation and set up every meeting with ease. I was so happy- AT FIRST!!!

HOWEVER, since the ending of my daughter’s case, (Judge signing off on it,and that was THE LAST STEP) which the entire process can take several years, I understand. Well, my attorney on file Vincent Bledsoe said that the hearing went so well and that I should be able to get my portion of the payout from the accident (my check) within a week or so. Well, it has been a MONTH AND A HALF!!!! Not only does he not answer my phone calls anymore, but neither does his assistant Erin Justus. They all avoided me. I finally got angry enough to ask to talk to Walter Clark himself and guess what? NO CALL BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasn’t shocked. I’m upset, disappointed, angry, and frustrated, but I feel that I have a right to be!!!!

I completely understand that I am not the only client that they have, and I am not the only case file that should remain a priority, but I STILL AM A CLIENT!!! I got transferred to some random case manager who doesn’t call me back either. I don't call often; I call once a week. I do not use foul language or yell or scream.

The first excuse as to why I couldn’t get paid was that they needed another attorney’s signature (the opposing attorney??- I don’t know) to sign papers to show that the funds can be released. Well, that took 2 weeks for them to sign some stupid papers, that was after my daughter's hearing. Now it’s an insurance problem and they aren’t releasing the money. I get that the insurance companies don't want to pay out, but that’s why my Attorneys are getting the BIG bucks.

This is a HORRIBLE experience!!!! Answer the phone and be honest. TALK TO ME!!!! My advice- don’t use them- they may win in the courtroom- but you won't see it, and they won't talk about it honestly.
