Overall my experience with Greg and Mitchel his office was awesome. Great attorney & whenever I needed questions answered it was answered. If the question was a phone call an email they always took the time to answer the question. The process was straightforward and easy once everything is needed. Once you have all the necessary documents which they state in the beginning of the process it very simple. In addition, once I provided all my documents it was a fast process. When it became necessary to file for bankruptcy protection, I contacted Mitchel Burman at Wadwani & Shanfeld. Mitchel was very patient and helpful in that he made a list of 9 items that he needed in order to make an initial assessment of my case (Identification; Tax Returns for the previous 2 years; Paystubs (previous 6 months); Self-Employment Income; Any Other Income; Creditor List; Transfers; Payments to Family Members; and Credit Counseling Certificate). Once I provided Mitchel with this information, a phone interview was scheduled to discuss my case. I had several phone calls with Mitchel as well as Greg Shanfeld. They didn’t sugarcoat my legal situation nor give me any false expectations.

They were very thorough and went through my financial situation with a fine-toothed comb to determine whether I would qualify under the bankruptcy means test. I retained Wadwani & Shanfeld around March 3, 2020 and received my Chapter 7, bankruptcy discharge on June 22, 2020. I couldn’t have been happier with the results.
