I got into a car accident and after seeing all of the ads on tv for this firm I decided to give them a call. I had originally called 2 other firms but one spoke in a degrading manner and the other was too small of a company to take on my case. This firm took it on almost immediately after hearing my story and started to get to work. The paperwork was easy to follow and sign online and the process was started quickly. They set me up with a chiropractor, auto shop, MRI, and medical specialist when I needed more treatment for my back pain following the accident. I had a lot of different people handling my case which was good because when I called in, they knew me by name but also the downside was that I didn’t have a direct contact that could constantly keep me informed. But when I voiced these concerns, Adam took initiative to become my main point of contact and was good with following up with me throughout the case. Even when he was off, he answered all of my texts and calls which I think exceeds the job description. They worked on my case for a while but they got me the maximum settlement that I could have received and I’m grateful for it. Overall, I had a good experience with this firm and although I don’t want to get into another accident, I would definitely trust this firm to get things done.
