Great service

I've been involved in car accidents before and never retained an attorney. I did so this time because the other driver's insurance company didn't offer to pay pain and suffering, and the other driver was clearly drunk when he hit us. I was referred to DK by the chiropractor that I was seeing at the time. Communication was not always as smooth as I would have liked. In the end, Karinna (sorry if I misspelled your name) and Chris listened to my concerns and did everything they could to make up for all of the bumps along the way. They followed up and let me know how things would be different moving forward. They explained things and provided a level of transparency that I wish we'd had from the start and throughout the process - like the length of time it typically takes in personal injury lawsuits and realistic expectations of how much you'll receive / their goals for you. I hope never to have to be in this situation again but I would choose this law firm again based on the attention I received this week. Thank you!
