Kevin A. Moore took my case very seriously from the start. Worker’s Compensation laws had been violated by the company I worked for, and Mr. Moore quickly got to work on my behalf. He would personally call me with updates and was available whenever I needed to speak with him. I never once was relegated to a legal assistant or office personnel. Mr. Moore personally took my calls. Additionally, very little effort was needed on my part. The way he set me up to sign documents is a very easy process and didn’t involve me running all over town to find a fax machine. His concern was for me as a person and not on the amount of money he could make. He took on a giant corporation, Amazon, on my behalf, working diligently to get me a settlement that not only paid back the money I was owed, but also additional funds to make up for neglecting to do what was right in the first place.

After injuring myself at Amazon, requiring me to go on Worker's Comp., Amazon assigned me light duty, but each day they would send me home early saying they would pay me for time lost. After a whole month went by with no pay at all, not even pay for the hours I was actually there working, they finally fired me. This is when I decided to hire an attorney, Kevin A. Moore. I received the maximum settlement allowed without needing to go to court. Lawyers typically leave you begrudging the attorney fees, but I had no such regret with Mr. Moore. Mr. Moore’s fee was fair, and what remained of my settlement was still substantially more than I was initially owed. He made everything simple for me from start to finish, all while working confidently and diligently on my case. I would highly recommend Mr. Moore with no reservations, confident that he will work tirelessly to resolve your case with the best possible outcome.

From the very beginning of my situation I was lost and confused. I had no idea of my rights I was getting the run a round from everyone who I thought cared about my situation . I got a letter in the mail from many lawyers wanting to talk to me but only ONE sent me a paper with Questions I had no answers for. So I called Kevin Moore and thought I would have to talk to someone else first before talking to him, well I was overwhelmed to hear his voice. He was the 1st person to talk to me and every time I called I talked to Kevin. Kevin gave me peace of mind, he always asked how I felt, he never gave up on me and I'm so greatful for his hard work and kind words.

I am extremely happy with how I was represented. Kevin made himself available and has been very professional from the start. He informed me on how the process was moving and also very involved with ensuring that I was compensated. Initially I was hopeful but this guy is not professional. I travel extensively with my job and when I inquired why I had not heard from him, his response was "why hadn't I heard from you"? This response was clearly to deflect, and mask the fact that there had been no activity on my behalf in the case.
He was rude one other time but I let slide, but his last incident of rude unprofessionalism was disrespectful so I terminated his services...or lack thereof.
My last name is Shinholster, I was indeed his client, so he cannot rebut and dispute this in a "owner response".

I am sorry to see this review and am disappointed that you were clearly dissatisfied with the services. It has been over 8 months since I was unable to move forward with your workers compensation case. I always shoot straight with my clients and am obligated to clearly communicate when I can no longer handle their workers compensation case. It was never my intent to offend you in any way and I extend my sincerest apologies.

I fell at work. I had a concussion and tore my rotator cuff. Mr. Moore was so understanding and actually cared about if I was getting better. He continued to reassure me it would all be ok. He was great. His staff answered all of my questions and I received phone calls back immediately. Wonderful atty and staff.

From the beginning I was pleased with how this firm handled my case. When I first called the lawyer, he himself was in the phone with me. I was able to work the case without having to go anywhere. Most important, my case was a very difficult one and they we're able to get the win for me. They were personal and caring. I would use them again. A very great lawyer which I could tell had experience.

Too quick to settle! Won't assist in the future on same case. Gets his cut and runs!!! Also denied emails that he wrote. Not trustworthy AT ALL!!!
People only right five-star reviews because the settlement check is promised to be overnighted which took five days!!
ALL LIES!!!!!
Altogether a dishonest and on trustworthy attorney!
