I am trying to find a lawyer for my 75 year old mom who was T-boned by a truck making a left hand turn in a 35mph. Skid mark indicates clear speeding. A hill 0.2 miles away would have limited his visibility. Dissapointing they don’t want to pay for the traffic accident expert because they don’t know the outcomes of his analyses yet. Despite that this effort could make the intersection with a family park and childrens playground safer for the community as a whole. Thank you for nothing for not being willing to take a chance on a woman who was clearly not at fault and had her body crushed by a speeding driver. Shame on you.
