I’m extremely disappointed with the way Ruane handled my case. I worked closely with a former employee that is no longer with the firm who took extensive notes. I have an upcoming court date and was never contacted by anyone at the firm except to notify me that they were filing a motion to withdraw from my case. I have requested an itemized billing statement (like any other law firm provides detailing how my retainer was spent), but was only sent what I actually paid. I found Dan and Noor, in particular, to be PARTICULARLY unprofessional and he only made himself available when he felt as though I was threatening to sue their company. I have a 1 year old child that was just appointed a GAL that needs to speak with my counsel. I have received nothing but an answering service, two phone calls with Noor who always intended on withdrawing and spent more time explaining what my previous attorney did not document (this is pointless and not what I would expect from a LAW FIRM). It was so baffling I asked to speak with Dan (managing partner) who essentially did damage control on his end. This is a shame, considering the reputation its founding partners built. I highly recommend seeking other counsel.

I can’t even begin to express how efficient and knowledgeable this firm is! Completely involved in their clients concerns and questions. They went above and beyond my expectations to aid me in a very tedious process. They held my hand all the way through and never wavered from their tactical approach to make my experience as smooth and successful as possible. Why trust anyone else with something so detrimental to your future. I wish I could give Ruane Attorneys 50 ?????????? That’s how I feel my experience was having them on my side.

I want to thank Rurane Attorneys for their beyond excellent PEK and efforts to have my pardon granted. I especially want to name the paralegal KRISTA! She was beyond helpful in making this entire success happen during that he entire process. If you are seeking a pardon; do not contact anyone but this office! Good luck !
