I highly recommend Price Benowitz's attorneys, such as Arren Waldrep and Thomas Sykstus. They did a great job throughout the whole process with my car accident case. They both were professionals, always open to talk to me at any time. Moreover, they are great human beings. Before reaching out to this office, I worked with a different office, and in the end they just gave up on my case and not letting me know, because they thought I don't have a case. I'm so happy things happen the way it happen, so I could work on my case with Arren and Tom.

Price Benowitz took very good care of me. They worked hard to get me the most for my settlement. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The intake experience that I had was horrible. First, I assume they are working with representatives out of the country because I could barely understand the message that was left for me. Next, the attorney called and asked personal information from me before even asking about the case. When I asked him why he needed certain information, instead of providing an explanation, he immediately got offended and stated that I was not looking for help. If as a client, I’m not able to ask a questing without an offense, that immediately tells me how I would be treated if you are representing me.

The Price Benowitz team took my case after another attorney failed to move it forward. The team expeditiously moved my case to settlement. The process was simple and smooth. The attorneys and paralegals at Price Benowitz are great communicators and their customer service is outstanding. I was informed of my case’s status through every stage, and the team provided me with information to make decisions throughout the process. Ken Koppelman lead my case through settlement and he was amazing. I highly recommend the Price Benowitz team.

Provided this firm with all my medical records. It took them 6 months to review the records, where 2 other smaller firms took 2 weeks to review them. I never was able to speak to an attorney once about the case but was told 3 times the attorney was going to call me but they never did! I explained to them how I was worried about the statue of limitations 3 months in when they had my records. Another 3 months goes by and I’m finally told they can’t help me at all with no explanation. Thanks for wasting 6 months of my time when another firm could have been reviewing the records in a timely fashion! ridiculous

Tl;dr: I called for an initial consultation while dealing with a clear and complicated malpractice situation. They were not interested in talking to us until after the surgery that is now needed due to the malpractice is completed. We never even got to the consultation before we were turned away.

After an initial search for a medical malpractice firm and reviewing their website, I called Price Benowitz for an initial consultation. At this stage, we were dealing with an ongoing medical issue that had severely worsened due to a series of clear mistakes made by the hospital and attending Doctors. While we still have a long road ahead, the malpractice has been so obvious I believe it would be prudent to engage with an attorney at this stage to ensure we're asking the right questions and taking appropriate measures going forward to protect ourselves.

Unfortunately, after a brief 5 minute call with the person that answered, she checked with one of the attorneys and told me they weren't interested and could not help me - but I should call back after the now inevitable surgery so they can assess if they want the case then. I expressed my disappointment and how that felt like a very one-way position that may be to their advantage but would not provide the level of support we're looking for anyway.

Ultimately, better to know that before locking into a representation agreement but still disappointing how they apparently view potential clients.
