Pilot Law, P.C. is centrally located in San Diego, CA and specializes in providing legal counsel to individuals with regard to aviation law, automobile products liability, premises liability, personal injury and wrongful death. In addition, we zealously represent members of our Armed Forces Reserves and National Guard in claims against their civilian employers brought under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA). Finally, we also work closely with several Burn Pit advocacy groups in an effort to assist victims of the toxic burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan.
