Phelan Petty

My wife and I have utilized the services of Phelan Petty to assist us after we were involved in a car accident caused by a distracted driver. Our case was not as straightforward as many since some of the health complications from the accident showed up a couple of months after the accident itself.

We were searching for a firm that was unlike many of the accident chasing firms you might find advertised on television. Our goal was to find a professional and competent firm to help us with our case.

We have been very pleased with Mike Phelan and Brielle Hunt. They have provided sound counsel and great follow-through in our case. I have appreciated their patience in explaining the law, our options and advice on strategies. I trust in their ability to negotiate with the counter-parties on our behalf to ensure we end up being treated fairly with both insurance companies in this case.

Brielle was such an amazing asset to have after experiencing such a terrible experience as a car accident. She was always available to talk to if I had questions and was very honest with her expectations and what to expect from the insurance companies etc. I always knew Brielle was looking out for my best interest and I will always appreciate the work she put into my case!
