Tragedy struck my son and I in 2020 when we were hit nearly head on by a distracted driver. While trying to rest from several very painful injuries, and a toddler who has been through the first traumatic experience of his life the last thing I had the mental energy for was to deal with finding a lawyer. I didn't think it would be that difficult, but it turns out that Limited Tort cases are not in the interest of MANY personal injury law firms in central PA. After googling lawyers who specifically take on Limited Tort cases I found Ostroff law. It was a Sunday when I filled out the online form to request a call from the firm. I did NOT expect someone to call me back that day, let alone speak to a lawyer at 8pm on a Sunday evening. They were willing to listen and take my case which I will be forever grateful for. Through out my recovery my contact Stacie Gryga has been in contact with monthly. Even giving me pep talks prior to surgery, advice regarding my best options, and listening to me rant out of frustration when she really didn't have to. Although my case isn't closed yet, I would highly recommend Stacie and Brandon and all those at Ostroff who have helped me along the way. I will come back to update this when we reach settlement!
