If I could give -5 stars I would give them, this lawyer supposedly answers questions for free on live, therefore I left a question yesterday and she told me to call her office I did and they told me that the cost per consultation is $250 dollars for 40 minutes it's perfect I understand that it's her job. I just asked if my case had any hope and I would gladly pay for my consultation but the customer service man told me I had to pay the $250, I answered no because i did not want to pay that amount only to be told in a minute that my case was hopeless. Later on the live I asked her my concern again and not only did she ignore my question but blocked me, I was willing to pay as I have done with other lawyers, just that I wanted to hear a different opinion In order to choose the best lawyer for my case . Definitely this firm lies when it says that in the lives it will answer your doubts because it was not like that and it blocked me, and in my experience I would not recommend it to anyone, thanks for blocking me and excuse me for asking you a question in your live.Report

So i write this with all joy in my heart…Alena and her team are just the best… my story is long but to cut it short, i met her on fb, called told her my issues, and boom she said “no worries Jennifer as long as u retain us, everything will be fine” each step of the way, she made it easy, i was scared but she encouraged me to the fullest.
