I have been trying to get approved for security disability for almost 3 years I had almost given up hope and then I decided to hire an attorney. Several that I called were reluctant to take my case I assume because I am a little bit younger than the average applicant. However Mrs Fugate returned my call and spoke with me with compassion and empathy and willingness to work very hard to help me get approved. I couldn't be more happy with how she treated me and my case. She is honest and caring and probably one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I called this law firm seeking representation. I asked to speak with Mrs. Fugate but never got the opportunity to speak with her. Pat her assistant called me (I hate not being able to speak with the lawyer) instead. I ended up hanging up on her do to her incompetence. Never understood why some lawyers dont due the initial consultation and place there trust in there staff who are not lawyers or decision makers.

I am sorry that you were not pleased with your experience in calling my office. Unfortunately, I am not able to speak with everyone who contacts me on a daily basis, and I have my assistant schedule appointments with me for potential clients who call my office seeking my representation on matters and cases my office handles. Again, my apologies that your expectations were not met, and wish you the best in the future.
