Thank you Clinton! Often, car accident injury victim's make the biggest mistake in the handling of the bodily injury insurance claim long before the motor vehicle accident ever happens. If a victim of negligence (especially one involved in a car crash) doesn't have the right insurance policy protection or insurance coverages in place, they might lose out on the ability to be fairly compensated for their injuries, their pain, and their suffering.
