I was in a car accident and Kirk Law Firm, PLLC helped me resolve it. They worked hard to get the best for me and that’s exactly what I received. They have great office hours and everyone is very friendly!

In this case I clearly lost confidence in this lawfirm. As an African American I was totally disappointed at how I was treated by the individual attorney handling my case.

I personally gathered and negotiated some of the cost associated with my case due to me being a US Veteran and former federal government employee.

After having a disagreement with the lawfirm, my case sat idle for a long period of time until I touched base with the Veterans Administration attorney who handled other cases with the particular business entity that was being sued.

In the end the attorney made it seem like she earned the 35% of the settlement when they actually offered to drop the case due to me being cautious about divulging professional information.

Instead of integrity being the guide in this matte,regarding what the attorney really earned based upon my persistent communications that resulted in getting the negotiation finalized.

Greed won over integrity and honest business practices.

Hands down the best law firm I have encountered. They never took a no for an answered or settled for less when it came down to both insurance companies. Our case could have easily been denied because the report made me look like I was at fault. But they came out to talk to me and even went to the site of my accident to see how everything went down to get a better understanding of the situation. They were very thorough with the investigation and my healthcare as well. They always kept me in the loop with new information and how they were making sure the insurance gave me what I deserved. They even went with me to the court house to try and fight the ticket I was given wrongfully. I got a lump sum of money I never thought was possible and I am so grateful to them for all that they have done. Don’t look any further trust me when I they are God sent.
