This attorney is the worst I human being than I have ever been in contact with!!!!
Eric Benson has ruined my life and my relationship with my child's father! He cares only about himself and making more money off of you.
He will drag his feet, he will ignore your emails, (He most certainly does not except phone calls) he will ignore opposing counsel, he will lie, he will not advise his client on what's in their best interest (It's all about Erik and how much money he can make) a simple child custody case will drag on for years and final outcome will be in an unreconcilable relationship between mother, father and child is in the middle!!
I cannot stress to you anymore how horrible this attorney is!

It's a good thing I hired Michael Vaghaiwalla because I needed some good direction and guidance to get custody of my daughter and visitation. He was professional and patient. I recommend him to anyone who needs help being able to see their children.

I hired Mike Vaghaiwalla for custody and modification of time-sharing for my child. He assumed my case in March 2020 and was very intentional with filing motions to the court. This was successful in getting the time-sharing plan suspended. While we had differences on some issues, he listened to my concerns and offered timely advice to help me make decisions. We had to go to trial regarding permanent custody. Mike's skills in presenting evidence and questioning both sides resulted in me being granted full custody of my child. Our family is very thankful for his professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend him to other fathers that need an experienced lawyer on their side.

I highly recommend Eric Benson as your first choice for your divorce attorney! He's the type of Attorney everyone hopes to find when going through this really awful experience of Divorce. Unlike others, Eric isn't looking to run up billable hours as he wants to try and resolve the matter with the least amount of unnecessary expenses to both sides. Believe me, this can be harder to find than one might think. If I ever found myself wanting to take an action in the case that the opposing side had taken, but they did for no real reason other than trying to beat me up, or create a false narrative, he would make sure to take the time to explain to me why there's no value throwing needless blows back and forth. Especially, if opposing council is simple on a fishing expedition and their actions don't stand to hurt the objectives of your case. Again, unlike others, Eric believes that throwing mud at the wall and seeing what sticks, isn't a professional or affordable way to attack a divorce, unless one wants an enormous needless bill at the end. However, I think its also important to point out that when needed, he is not shy about going to battle and fighting like hell for you to get what's just, fair and the goals of your case you've set out to achieve with him!

Mr. Vaghaiwalla was Fantastic representation! I was unsure of the whole process of divorce, as most people are who go through it. Michael was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, kind hearted, aggressive when needed and wouldn't let me sign anything that wasn't fair. He looked out for my children and myself, catching details I didn't even know needed attention. I am so thankful for him and his staff.

First I would like to say, Divorce is a scenario that affects all family involved, especially the children. Parents should always put their children first and the effects of divorce on children can be devastating. Think about your kids first!!!!!
The firm initially assisted me with my divorce, during very difficult times and I felt blessed to have them represent me and what I wished to achieve. Fairness....The law is written and came through for me as intended, however It takes seasoned representation to navigate the law, how it is interpreted and what to apply to your case.
I found my self in one of those situations, where a bitter former spouse continued to drag post divorce concerns in court for various reason$$$$ including trying to obtain majority parenting time.
Michael and his team assisted me with Post divorce concerns and were detailed in their delivery and results obtained were great as expected. I would highly recommend anyone to consult with Michael before making a commitment elsewhere. There are lawyers out there who dont care, dont know or are just too placid with the system that drains your hard earned income without results.
Michael and his team are great in addressing the specifics of your concerns and straight shooters in providing results. Proper representation is a must as well as your own efforts to dot the I's and cross the T's if required. I am extremely grateful for Michael and his team's service and will consult them anytime if required.
Im at a point of gratitude that if Michael or Nicole were to call me to help them with a flat tire, I would drive out in a heartbeat.
Avoid the mistake of not consulting them first!!!! I am forever grateful to Michael and his team and will retain services from him for any of my legal services needed for life, I would recommend his team to anyone and put my reputation on it 100%.
