Ross and Eric are very professional and caring. They remain on top of everything and if you have questions they're more than willing to take the time and explain things in detail! Their staff especially Millie are very efficient, knowledgeable and treat you like family! I highly recommend!! ???

Ginnis & Krathen, P.A. and his team were very professional, encouraging, and thorough with my case.
They helped me understand the whole legal process and they always kept me updated with my case.
I had a lot of peace of mind being their client as I knew I had nothing to worry about.

The staff was also really nice and polite all the time.

Ginnis and Krathen has been such a godsend! Eric, Ross, Milly and the staff are some of the nicest and genuinely caring people and Firm you will find. Whenever I've needed to speak to Eric, he's always been available, even on the weekends, to answer any questions or concerns I may have. Milly is the biggest sweetheart you will ever meet or speak with, who is not only knowable, but so compassionate and caring, Milly always takes the time to call and check up on me as well as ask's me if there is anything I need that she can help me with. The level of comfort and trust that I have come to have with Eric and his staff is so refreshing. I know I'm in the best hands with Ginnis and Krathen. They will fight hard for you and go above and beyond for you.

Ginnis & Krathen was not what I expected for a law firm. Eric and Milly are professional understanding and compassionate. If we ever need a lawyer in the future they will be my first phone call.

Eric is different. They are all different. There is no perfect Doctor , no perfect law firm , no perfect client however Ginnis and Krathen in my opinion is perfection. The dream team. I wish I had more time with them. However they are just a phone call away. Milly showed concern even before I was a client. She'd call to check on me. Everything works in Devine timing. I haven't got to meet Eric in person yet because of the pandemic and he went above and beyond. I did meet everyone else. Milly is the type of paralegal that will challenge you to think bigger and to push past excuses and limitations. They were plenty of times she would say okay if your going to have a moment call here and ask for me. I remember when I got upset about a procedure. Milly called me and talked sense into me. They are fun but serious. Even though I didn't get to see Eric in the court room he still slayed Goliath. Most lawyers saw my case as a waste or difficult because of the ins and outs and me having prior representation. Eric didn't. He made it simplistic. Thank you Eric ,Milly ,Vanessa, Ross , Katy and everyone else involved in this matter.
