Please do your homework. Look around.they don't give free advice. I just felt alone and that we were not on the same team working together.I didn't know what I was doing I thought they would let me know when my retainer was low and I had the choice if I wanted to continue.I just kept getting a larger balance. Get a feel for your lawyer,see if they are motivated and have the energy to fight for you.Its sad because I really tried to connect with my lawyer but it didn't happen here for me.

I was going through a very difficult time
I lost my mother&sister 6mos apart.I retained Mr.turner he said it would be $300 for advice and $2,500 to retain him.I told him midway through the conversation I needed a lawyer no matter what.I asked him if he could just apply the $300 to the $2,500. Since we didn't speak very long.He said he couldn't.(no free legal advice at this company)He kept asking if I wanted to do this and that I could do it myself.I should of taken that as a sign.He really didn't have time for me.1st I wanted to get a new executor, he said that's a lot of work Then I asked to file a motion for receipts.I have so many emails asking &he would say lets wait.It never got done.I questioned the validity of some of the receipts.He said nothing we could do.Then I asked if I could be reimbursed for funeral expenses he said he could try but it wastoo late.I would do all the calling checking every day. I would get the response "still haven't heard anything"and get charged HUNDREDS of dollars for that same response

Matt Dall helped us resolve a difficult issue that we were having with our HOA. He gave excellent advice and wrote a demand letter that got the attention of our HOA which resulted in a resolution to a problem we were having for a year. We would definitely use Matt again if we needed to.
