I am so disappointed I am in tears right now. 5 months ago I hired them to rep me in my SSD case. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Although I am in another State I still felt comfortable with their representation.
That was the last time I heard from anyone in the office. I left a message last month with the person who is handling my case.
No response until yesterday only after I expressed my desire to find another Lawyer. This is not intended to put anyones job on the line trust me I know the feeling of being without an income it is a day to day struggle and I would not wish that on anyone. I know a favorable decision is not guaranteed and I shouldnt put all my eggs in one basket, but right now this is my only option.
After speaking with the rep at Flescher she gave me an update which was the complete opposite as to what the Rep at the SS ofice told me. Right now I dont know if I should just drop my case? Let Fleschner continue to rep me or find another lawyer?????

Brian newlin is one of the nicest men I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking with his professionalism and kindness are unmatched.he’s an example of how wonderful this law firm is to work with. Update: They helped me win my case, Newlin truly was sweet an compassionate. My case manager Heather has been very helpful and has kept me up-to-date on the progress of my case. I truly recommend them.
