Background: I was involved in an auto accident over 20 months ago (Dec 2018) and my case was finally resolved in August 2020. I hired this law firm to help me with my case (me and my kid were involved in the auto accident; we were hit from behind by a large company truck).

Overall: I would describe my experience with this law firm as frustrating and stressful. I seriously don’t know how this law firm remains in business when they demonstrated little interest in settling my case - even when the other party was at fault. I was constantly passed from person to person, and at one point, an office representative asked me to update her on my case since the lady prior to her was “let go.” I only had one 10 minute conversation with Felix, and only after I demanded he contact me so that we could resolve this chaos.

Conclusion: The law firm attempted to make things right and only charged me minimal atty fees. Yes, I was still charged fees. Also, to their credit, the firm seemed very eager - the most determined I have seen them - to have me update my google review since they were finally “able to resolve my case.” In the end, my lawyer’s lack of communication seemed highly unprofessional and was very discouraging. I hope other potential accident victims don’t have the same experience as I have had with this law firm. STILL, I could never, in good conscience, recommend this law firm to anyone for any legal services! Shop around and buyer beware.

I under went a horrible experience and Felix Gonzalez along with his awesome paralegal (Teri) were amazing. There were times I did not understand the lingo or what was happening and they always did their best to help me understand. All I wanted was for this whole process/ordeal to be over and done with and they work vigorously to settle ASAP. I honestly have not one bad thing to say about his law firm.
