Feinberg & Alban PC

On August 18, 2008 I was hit by a school Van in a cross walk and was injured really bad, and was not able to return to work. I got a Lawyer who I thought I could trust. My Lawyer was suppose to go to court on my behalf in December of 2012. She did not go and she did not tell me she missed the appointment. I wanted to know the results and I could not get her on the phone after several times calling her and emailing her. I also asked my Pastor who referred her to me to contact her. He could not get in touch with her. I was told to get another Lawyer right away. I searched the internet and found Feinberg and Alban. I got an appointment on July 17, 2013. Robert Feinberg found out my case in December had been dismissed and he got me another date. Robert and his assistants went far and beyond to help me. I will trust Robert Feinberg and his firm with my life. Robert Feinberg is a great Lawyer and he cares about his clients. I am grateful to have him as my Lawyer. After a serious multi-vehicle accident, I wasted a full year thinking I was being represented by an attorney who had worked with a friend of a friend. Colleen was the first to respond to me, as I began contacting several attorneys, after being hit by a car crossing the street. I was traumatized and had no idea what my future would be, as my line of work is all physical. She is very smart, hard-working, thorough, and personal. She wrapped up the massive amount of medical bills in a timely manner, before I would have gotten bombarded with harassing phone calls, which was a huge relief. The overall case took longer than I had hoped (but as I hear, is pretty normal), and my expectation for the final amount was higher, but in the end, Colleen took every opportunity to work with the insurance company and myself to come to an agreement, working hard at satisfying both sides as quickly as possible. I appreciate her dedication to my case, and for not just being a good lawyer...but a good person.
