The Butler Kahn Law Firm is a breathe of fresh air. They are truly the blue print on how trial lawyers must treat their clients, and I could not recommend them enough. Here is why:

Atlanta is ridden with predatory personal injury attorneys that spend more time and resources on "clever" billboards and on cold-calling vulnerable individuals than they do actually being attorneys to their clients. Before finding Butler Kahn, I unfortunately fell for this trap.

This other "firm", one that cold-called me the morning after my car accident (which is an ethical violation of the Georgia Bar rules, btw), subjected me to horrible treatment; from getting ignored for months on end to being denied the opportunity to ever talk to an attorney (they kept juggling me to "case managers"). I finally had enough after one year of ZERO progress on my case.

I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Butler Kahn Law Firm, who took my case and in a matter of a short five months got me the settlement I wanted. The stark difference in treatment was mind-blowing from the beginning. Graham Roberts was my attorney, and he 1) gave me his personal phone number, 2) gave me periodic updates without me asking for them, 3) asked for my consent every step of the way for any decision involving my case, 4) always responded in less than an hour, 5) treated me with the utmost respect and explained everything SO thoroughly, 6) negotiated for reductions on my medical bills so I could keep more of the settlement, and of course, 7) got me the result I wanted in a very short period of time.
