I got into an accident that injured both me and my girlfriend. Not my fault in the least bit and their insurance was being very tight on what they would cover. Which blew my mind because it was a hit and run. Luckily I called Bert McDowell immediately and he was able to walk us through and get us the justice we deserved. He was always available for questions and updates. I knew what was going on every step of the way. This made a horrible experience as comfortable as possible. After everything was said and done it’s good to know we chose right.

I was in a very bad accident in August. When my original lawyer failed to communicate efficiently I switched over to Bert Mcdowell and he worked very hard and communicated making sure I understood everything that was going on. Truly thankful and glad I found him!

Last October I was rear-ended on the highway, which was the worst accident of my life. I am blessed to have walked away with just a broken arm. As I was on my way to the emergency room, my husband
reached out to Bert at 8:30 at night.
Bert was very thorough in explaining the whole process and made sure to answer all the questions we had. Throughout my recovery process, Bert would always tell me “focus on getting better, and I have everything else covered”, and that’s exactly what he did. Bert made the process seamless, and he didn’t settle for the insurance company’s offer.

Working with Bert was nothing short of exquisite.
