I have hired Baumgartner Law Firm on 2 separate occasions, when I've needed a personal injury lawyer after some serious accidents. Both times Greg and his staff have given my family top-notch effort, and have treated us like we are of the utmost importance to him, and the end results have been that we have received satisfactory resolutions to both instances that were more than fair. If you want a lawyer that will go to bat for you, and will think outside the box to try every available avenue for justice, AND is a genuinely nice guy to work with, look no further. I, and my family, are super grateful for the work he's done, and will recommend him every single time.

I have known Mr. Baumgartner for over 21 years. His services are AMAZING. He is very direct with the issues at hand. My oldest daughter died at the neglect of a daycare I was allowing to care for my 3 daughters. Greg handle my case with great care for me and my loves ones. This past July, my daughter and I were in a horrific car accident involving an intoxicated driver. Spoke with me to offer a few thoughts even though he couldn’t represent me. That I was connected directly to Mr. Baumgartner when I called, and that he spent 10 minutes on the phone with me even though he couldn’t “get money from me” (my words) was very courteous and, in my opinion, spoke to the character of this firm; it isn’t something you see that often these days and it made me think of the word integrity. I would not hesitate to call on them and have saved their number should I ever be in a situation that they were able to help me with.

I could rewrite all of that in one sentence: even though he was not able to represent me, he still gave me advice and was nice enough that I really thought it was necessary to leave a positive review.

I was so thrilled with the service I received from Mr. Baumgartner and his assistant, Lissa John. I am not a person who wants to sue a person or a company, so I really dreaded this whole process. They made me feel like I was heard, and completely put me at ease.
