Though a difficult time, the attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members were very helpful and explained the process clearly.

The service was awesome! My attorney kept me informed timely every step of the way. All staff were very pleasant and they all worked hard to ensure they were prepared to represent me in the best way. This was my second time using Bardley McKnight Law and I highly recommend others who need a family lawyer to use their law firm services.

I am thankful for Bradley McKnight’s legal team. They were very thorough, knowledgeable about divorce and family law. I had a great working relationship with your legal team, Atty Gonzalez and others. The ease of access to their client portal, where we were able to upload important documents and videos when needed. They helped me stay as stress free as possible, for the most part. If I had to do this again, I would chose these ladies.

In seeking legal representation I was really taken back by how well this firm treated me. Although my case was out of Georgias jurisdiction, Attorney McKnight was so professional and still spent time explaining why she could not be of assistance to me during our consultation. Attorney McKnight did not hesitate advising me on what my next course of action should be and how to move forward even though she couldn't be of assistance. As I recently had a bad experience with Jaffe Attorneys at Law, I can only appreciate and thank Attorney McKnight for acting with integrity and not taking my money while knowing their firm could not be of help. This attorney could have just told her assistant to tell me she couldn't help, however she took the time anyway to thoroughly explain what was going on and that my case was not within the jurisdiction.

During my initial consultation we discussed a game plan and was given a retainer amount ($2500). Upon agreement and the retainer being paid I was asked to pay double because the original retainer only covered a contempt order so I was asked to pay $5000. My issue isn’t the money, it’s that my intentions were present from the very beginning and yet some how the retainer was miscommunicated. Now I was charged $350 for deciding to go with another firm due to the miscommunication of this law firm, which I think is ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to be held responsible for a mistake on their end.

When a Potential New Client (PNC) schedules a consultation with Bardley McKnight Law, they are instructed verbally and in writing to provide us with the final pleadings and order from their prior case. If a PNC does not provide us with those pleadings as instructed, we advise the PNC of a particular course of action based on what they tell us. Once a PNC retains the firm, they are immediately scheduled for an initial case strategy meeting with their legal team. This meeting gives the client an opportunity to provide us with additional information and documentation and for their legal team to develop a customized case strategy. If a PNC contacts us and alleges the opposing party is in contempt due to their willful failure to follow a court order, we advise them to pursue a contempt action. If during the intake process AND then again during a 15-minute consultation, a PNC tells us they were awarded joint physical custody with a week on, week off schedule in their legitimation case and then later (after they retain the firm for a contempt action as stated in their signed retainer agreement) tells us they were not awarded joint custody by court order but the parties agreed to it verbally, that's an issue. If we pull a legitimation order and their is no parenting plan attached as the order states AND the parenting plan was never filed separately, that's an issue. We can not competently advise a PNC to pursue a custody modification action if we don't know what custody arrangement nor parenting time they were awarded. Our minimum initial retainer for a contempt action is $2,500.00. Our minimum initial retainer for a custody modification action is $5,000.00. If we are retained for a contempt action (as stated in the signed retainer agreement) and paid their initial fee of $2,500.00, we will gladly pursue a contempt action. If a client wishes to pursue a custody modification action, they must retain us and pay for that action.

My experience with them was nothing short of amazing. They were very detailed and attentive not only to the case but how the case was affecting myself and my family. My case was a complicated one. But yet they made it work and got the result I sort after. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for them and their all their hard work.
Thank you all so much.
