Mark: We explained to you from the onset that we only do discrimination because of age, sex, disability and race (we advertise as the Texas Discrimination Attorney) and that your issue didn't fit in those categories. Accordingly, this review is like leaving a plumber a bad review for "being uncomfortable" giving electrical advice. It's just not what we do. We did let you know that the only class action suit regarding mandatory vaccinations was recently dismissed. So the lack of "support" claim isn't really true either. One of the hardest parts of being in the business of helping people is having to turn down an opportunity to help someone with a problem that they are extremely upset about. In those cases, it's completely understandable when those frustrations are suddenly redirected at us. We are in the business of solving people's problems and we are one of the best firms in Austin in doing just that. Because of this, there is an extremely high demand for our services. However, we cannot handle every case and we have to turn a potential client down from time to time. We are sorry our firm wasn't able to take the opportunity to fix any issue you may have had and we do hope it turns out well. I received an unsolicited email in my inbox the other day that offered to pay me money if I posted a fake review here. That's not my style so instead I choose to give one star.

No one from this firm or anyone associated with it has ever sent such an email. The one word name and lack of history, makes it pretty clear that this review is part of a scam. In fact, shortly after my initial reply to this bogus comment I received the following email: "Jack, My name is Bambi Weavil of RemoveBadReviews.com. I would love to provide you with a confidential 15-minute consultation to evaluate your specific needs and how we can help you permanently remove negative reviews. Thank you, Bambi Weavil" The is obviously no coincidence.
