Mr. Finnecy began his legal career in 1996 as a prosecutor with the San Diego County District Attorney's Office. Over a six-year period, Mr. Finnecy handled hundreds of criminal cases including over 40 jury trials. During his final two years with the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Finnecy was assigned to the J.U.D.G.E. Unit in North County where he prosecuted complex cases involving narcotics, gang violence, and probation/parole violators.
