In August 2022, I had two serious charges against me from Louden county police. I was very lucky to find and retain Patrick as my criminal defense lawyer, Patrick planned a simple but very effective strategy to go about the case. in my first court appearance, he argued my case and reach an agreement with the prosecutor not to prosecute my case. this was a great achievement, well done by Patrick. I do highly recommend Patrick for criminal defense, he is very simple and easy to deal with, but he very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer that one can depend on. Not happy with how I was talked to on two separate court appearances and pressured into something I was told wouldn’t happen. This attorney just seems to want to push court dates out. I wasn’t happy with the representation during this stressful process for an average person.

Update: The initial review was written off a commitment that wasn’t delivered. The traffic violation does not reflect what I was told. After multiple discussions I was told this was a clerk error. No attempt has been made to resolve this and it’s been a legal and insurance expense to me. Don’t let a lawyer represent you without being present. It’s not a convenience it’s so they can tell you any story they choose to make you go away. This firm didn’t earn my trust.

I wanted to thank Patrick for representing me in a reckless driving case. I have only been in court a couple times and usually for administrative issues. I rank a legal teams merit based on a couple different factors:
- Communications - Patrick was highly available, always had a good attitude, and felt like he was truly an advocate for me in this case.
- Ability to Assess - Patrick gave me a best, worst, and most likely read on my case. The outcome was better than expected.
- Speed and Efficiency - Patrick saw an opportunity to clear this quickly. Much quicker than I thought possible and with the least possible administrative burden on my part.
