I got a really bad speeding ticket in Upstate NY, which would have resulted in 9 points on my record. I was really nervous about the whole situation but after speaking with the attorneys at Feifer & Greenberg they assured me not to worry. They negotiated with the County I was stopped in and reduced the ticket to almost nothing. I couldn't believe it. This firm is no joke!

Hissein, I'm sorry your case didn't work out. As we tell everyone on a consult and make clear throughout the process, in NYC there's just no way we can guarantee everyone's case will be dismissed. In your situation though I don't see any issues with our staff or our service along the way. I would be very interested in hearing what was "not professional" or how we didn't present ourselves as "real" attorneys. While we can't control every case/court decision we are quite in control of how we interact with and respond to our clients and we are quite focused on providing everyone with a high level of service. Defense lawyers can sometimes not come out on top of a NYC traffic hearing but this doesn't necessarily mean the attorney and/or the firm's support staff wasn't professional throughout. Wow. I just called them last week after completely forgetting I had a hearing date coming up on a ticket in NYC. I spoke with one of their attorneys and he quickly and clearly explained my options. He was very honest--I spoke with a few attorneys that day and these guys were the only ones who went out of their way to explain how it works, how they would try to win the case and also were up front enough to let me know that they couldn't guarantee anything. I just got an email this morning that my ticket was DISMISSED already. I am so happy I made the decision to hire them for this. I guess I can't promise either that they'd win every case but I can tell anyone reading this that they r the real deal and will do what they can.
