Because of his knowledge and expertise in this area, I was able to get everything dismissed without settling for a plea deal and without going to trial. WIN WIN. Through his knowledge, he was able to determine that the Police Officer completely messed up the field tests and did not perform them correctly deeming the only pieces of evidence that the prosecution had as faulty and not reliable.
Justin also will not let you settle for anything less than the best. He is very straightforward about everything throughout the whole process, and will continue to fight for his clients until you get the best possible outcome. Heaven forbid that I’m ever in this situation again, but if I am he certainly will get my call. Highly highly recommend to everyone!!!

Definitely recommend this firm for traffic citations. I have a CDL, and was given a ticket for holding a phone in my hand and they were able to have the case dismissed. I paid $460 in total. For me it was worth having a clean MVR because I make a living out of truck driving.Report
