I found you on Google your website states/promises to help the Elderly. Well my friend is being financially abused (proof available) where the conservator isn't making my friends mortgage payments on at least 3 properties 1 is about to go into Default status. As of yesterday his cell phone service has been disconnected, In my eyes this is an urgent matter....
I am writing this message to inform you that I haven't heard from anyone, ( I have stated the URGRENCY OF THE MATTER). I am self employed and if I get a call for a new client I know for sure it will not take 48 hrs to reach out... And your receptionist Sara was no help either in regards to a simple question on "Time Frame" for a follow-up call. All she said is "WHEN" someone is available they will call you kinda rude. With that said I am cancelling the request for help from your office.
I will keep looking elsewhere

My mother went through a nightmare of a scenario this past year and it ended up with me contacting numerous law firms in the LA area only to be turned down and no one wanting to help my mother and I find justice. After calling and speaking to Bill Artigliere, he started working for us ASAP! His staff started contacting me and gathering evidence etc to start looking into a lawsuit for my mother. A difficult situation became a lot easier knowing that I had this law firm as our defenders. After only 6-8 months of dealing with 2 different law suits, we settled both law suits and I cannot be happier with the results! If you ever need to defend an older parent from abuse, neglect etc, this is the law firm you need on your side!
