Conan and Herman Attorneys at Law

While going through an already difficult time due to never being in trouble before, Mr. Herman and his associates made this as easy as it possibly could. He told me to leave all the worrying to him and he would take care of everything, he definitely kept his word and couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent me through this difficult time.

I was recommended to Mr. Mark Conan through a friend. I called Mr. Conan and meet him at his downtown Orlando location while speaking with Mr. Conan I knew he was the one that would help me, he was the right man for the job. Mr. Conan kept me informed with everything that was going on with my case and walked me through step by step which made me feel at ease. My son was incarcerated for 20 days, should have been 10 days at the most. On his 20th day sitting in jail for his first offense ever, we were told he may have to stay for at least another month. I called Mr Herman at 9 am on a Wednesday morning, by 230 that afternoon he had already spoken to my son offering him a plea deal and he was out the same evening. Scott Herman came highly recommended from others, we are so pleased and amazed with his services. Dont waste time calling anyone else, you want your loved ones legal needs taking care of call Scott Herman.

I had a criminal case that didn't look to well

Mr. Santos, I'm sorry you felt I was unprofessional on the phone last week. I likely was short with you. You contacted me late in the evening, after normal business hours, about a court date that you had already missed. You started the conversation by saying you wanted to pay an attorney $300 only to get you a new court date right away - but you needed to wait until pay day to get the money. I'm not sure how you determined that $300 was a reasonable fee for the work required. Before you hung up on me, I tried to explain the steps required to fix your serious legal situation. I advised you that our firm does not do free legal work and tried to explain our fee structure, which you would have heard includes flexible payment plans, if you'd stayed on the call. The clerk's public-access website (which anyone can see) reflects two cases, and currently, there is also an outstanding warrant for your arrest. If you have hired an attorney since we spoke, it appears they have not yet filed any paperwork on your behalf. Sincerely, Mark
