I have been living in a nightmare for the last y months and to be accused of a crime you didn't commit, treated as though you were #1 on the FBI's most wanted list, police stormed my home without so much as even a knock on the door, scared my child to pieces, threw me into jail for the first time in my almost 40 years on earth, and I was facing stacking legal fees. The whole justice system can feel so overwhelming and daunting. Hopeless doesn't even come close to the way I had been feeling.
I did the typical Google search for "best lawyer in Northern Ky" and spoke with several that had good ratings. I found him by watching a court proceedings at my local courthouse. He was aggressive, intelligent, and confident. I knew he was the attorney who wouldn't back down and would fight for me. Not just shove plea deals in my face and demand I sign one. On top of all those characteristics he was not condescending and most importantly to me, he was honest.

If you want to be yelled at and screamed at this is your Law Firm. If you want to be treated like a human being, this is not your Law Firm.

Our lawyer demanded 3,000$ retainer and told us anything he didn't use we would get back. That was NOT the case. We paid 1,000$ of the retainer up front, and our lawyer came to court, filed zero motions on our behalf, had a 15 minute appointment with us and dropped us the next day. We recouped zero funds.

If you value your money, and the hardwork that it took to earn it, this is NOT the Firm for you.
