Wonderful accident lawyer. Peter Bellotti is one of the best accident attorney, he helped me from the beginning guided me properly.

Just about 12 days ago I gave a civil matter that came up, and it was a very time sensitive matter. I used the web site to request then to look at my case. This was late in the evening, by 9AM I had a call from MariJane and she took my input. During my case she was a rock star, and setting me up with the right Attorney.

Then the star of the show, Attorney Jill MacDonald. I spoke with her in the afternoon, less than 18 hours of my first contact. Talking with her, I knew I had the correct Attorney. She knew the exact approach to the case, and that it had no merits. She is an expert in these matters and she knew the case law extraordinarily well. She was also very caring and concerned. She filed for a dismissal that day.

On the court date she was there on time and ready to go. We got in the courtroom, and she stated my case, and the case law, and the lack of evidence on the claim. The dismissal was granted, and I can get back to living life. If I attempted to defend myself, I believe I would have been screwed.

I am glad I made contact with Bellotti Law Group, and would recommend them to anyone who needs high quality representation. I would use then again if the need arises.

I had a great experience using this law firm to represent me in a nasty 8 year divorce. They took over for previous attorney after 7 years in. Jill McDonald was my attorney to take this and close it out. She fought for me and got things done that had taken years to finish. Peter the owner even came out to meet me and go over his thoughts and cared about the details. I would highly recommend this law firm and Jill who was on top of everything, she always answers the phone. Divorce is not fun but when you have great attorneys on your side it's a little easier to sleep at night.

First and foremost, I would like to say the staff at Bellotti Law Group are polite and professional. I initially hired Attorney MacDonald for a criminal case. Once I saw Attorney MacDonald's ability to argue my case in criminal court I knew right away she is who I wanted to represent me in my probate matter as well. Attorney MacDonald will pursue your case with strength and the ultimate confidence your looking for in an attorney. I can say with all honesty that Attorney MacDonald is someone you can trust with your life literally. I had 5 criminal charges pending with a lengthy sentence behind them. Attorney MacDonald was able to have all charges dismissed without question. Also, in the probate matter she was able to help me achieve the unbelievable status of 50/50 custody. Leah was an amazing attorney who was persistent and thorough throughout my case. I have used Peter Bellotti's law firm a few times in the past and they never fail to amaze me. Just recently I had Leah A. assist me with an auto accident where I had suffered from injuries and then hurt financially from being out of work. I am still astonished at how hard Leah and his other affiliates at Bellotti's office worked to ensure I was compensated fairly for my injuries. If you are looking for a law firm that will represent you correctly, that will put work into making sure that their clients are heard, are taken care of, and that you are satisfied with your settlement then these guys are who you are looking for. I would never recommend anyone else.
