Helped me understand the process of a court system I knew nothing about. They also were very understanding and worked with My schedule since I would be traveling from another state.

My husband and I had an unfortunate incident with police due to misunderstanding about car registration and my husband ended up being charged with a dui even though his BAC came back well within the legal limit the Medical Marijuana came back in his system from smoking earlier in the week. Mace worked great with us and helped us plea to a much lesser charge due to our situation and his negotiating skills.

I was recommended by a top notch criminal defense attorney to seek the services of Mace Yampolsky. I desperately needed help and had to sub out another lawyer who had a conflict of interest. So my husband is in prison and he got new charges while he was in there. These charges can hold a 20 year sentence... we have a 2yr old baby and all I could think about was how my daughter would never know her daddy outside of prison. . He was assigned a lawyer from the public defenders office named Mace Yampolsky... so right away I was calling his office because most attorneys that are state appointed usually take forever to get on the case.
Not Mace. He was on our side from day one!!! He made sure to ask my husband in open court if he could involve me in the case. Of course my husband said yes and that day Mace was on the phone with me giving me the details and making sure that not only I received my husband's discovery but also my husband did as well. ( it was like 5,000 pages ) so that was alot of work. . Mace kept me updated on everything weekly, as well as made sure to get on conference calls with my husband while he is at high desert.
Today Mace got my husband on calender and was able to get him to be on video from prison so he didn't have to be transfered ,( because covid is real in the jails and prisons right now!) Not only did Mace get him to be able sign his deal for the case that Mace is on, but he also was able to get another case wrapped into this deal!!! So Mace was able to get all of my husband's cases concluded into one, also he was able to get him sentenced TODAY!!! SO NOW WERE DONE WITH COURT FOR GOOD!!! THE BEST PART..... MY HUSBAND ONLY GOT A 2-5 YEAR SENTENCE THAT RUNS CONCURRENT WITH THE CASE HES ALREADY SERVING!!!! MY HUSBAND WONT HAVE TO DO A SECOND MORE THAN WHAT HES ALREADY DOING!!!
