My name is Andres and I would like to share a little bit about my experience with Willens Law Office. I was involved in a motorcycle accident back in 2017. Even though I wasn't at fault my case was very complicated because the insurance company of the driver at fault refused to cover the damages on the motorcycle, medical bills and physical therapy. More than a couple lawyers declined to take my case. Then I found David Baez, who promised to bring justice to me and my family. My case took a long time to settle, four years to be exact. Even though David has many cases and is always busy he kept me updated in every step of the process. Almost 2 years ago I was in a car wreck fresh out the hospital omw home from having a c section. I picked wilens law firm because there reviews seemed to catch my attention more than others. I was assigned David Baez to fight my case. & Let me tell ya.. I do not regret picking this law firm. He got me the settlement i deserved and it couldn't of come in a better time. It's been over a year since I was involved in my car accident - everyone knows that is a very stressful time for the injured party. I considered going through the whole process on my own but I quickly realized the insurance company was NOT my friend. I reached out to Willens Law Offices, met Matt and the attorney that would be handling my claim, David Baez. David was excellent, I'm big on communication and anytime I texted David; sometimes ad nauseam, he would always respond quickly and professionally.
